At Feather & Noise, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit to find a new favorite or an exchange for a different size of the same style.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
